Chair
David Jahn


David has been a Libertarian for most of his life. As a former state chair, current county
chair and candidate for numerous offices, Dave has promoted the principles of liberty within his community.
Vice Chair
Josiah Strickland


Josiah has been a lifetime resident of Delaware County. He has worked on various
campaigns including Matt Wallace for Sheriff and Dale Kerns for U.S. Senate. At the time of his election to Vice
Chair he was still a student at Cardinal O'Hara high school.
Treasurer
Kyle Burton


Kyle Burton is a lifetime PA resident. Kyle joined the Libertarian party in 2016 after being
impressed with the party platform, specifically it’s the focus on individual liberty. Kyle has worked for several
years in finance and investment accounting. He has an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Kings College
in Wilkes-Barre, PA. He is currently working on a Masters in Accountancy from Villanova University and is on track
to sit for the CPA exam. In his free time, Kyle enjoys mixed martial arts, practices Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with a
current rank of purple belt, historical documentaries and target shooting. He graduated from Mechanicsburg Area High
School where he was on the track, wrestling, and football teams. He also wrestled Heavyweight while attending King's
College. He currently resides in Glenolden with his family.
Secretary
David Shera


David first heard about the Libertarian Party in 1980 at a meeting with both Ed Clark and Ron Paul
as speakers. He has voted Libertarian in every general election since, and he joined the party in 1997. David lives in
Bryn Mawr PA and works as a Statistician / Data Scientist.
